Holly Semanoff is an author and teacher whose work explores breath, meditation, and self-awareness. With a background in competitive fitness, she brings physical practice and spiritual inquiry into conversation. She is the author of Conscious Breathing Levels 1 and 2 and Body of Light, and teaches through Body of Light and Ascended Path.

Holly Semanoff is an author and teacher whose work connects physical discipline with the exploration of inner life. Her background in competitive fitness developed alongside a continuing interest in yoga, meditation, and conscious breathing.
Through workshops, retreats, and writing, Holly shares practices and perspectives drawn from her own experience. Her books, Conscious Breathing Levels 1 and 2 and Body of Light, combine reflections on self-awareness with guided exercises and companion recordings.
Her work continues through Body of Light, which hosts in-person events and offers her books, and Ascended Path, which brings her teaching into online courses and community.
