In this retreat you will experience a multitude of mindful practices designed to connect you more deeply to your body, mind, heart, and spirit. This will include though is not limited to daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and connection. We will also take these experiences out on the land and visit certain power places. These places have been used traditionally to create a “thinning of the veil”, aka vortex, that will have a direct effect on your electromagnetic field which in turn will connect you more deeply to that part of you that is infinite.
The purpose of this retreat is to create a space where you can relax and have time to yourself so that you can embrace a deeper connection to that part of you that is ever-living. Beyond this there will be ample opportunity to relax into your being and if you so choose to allow yourself to laugh, play, and simply be present to the beauty all around and within you. This retreat can best be described as a breath of fresh air designed to enliven you from the inside out and the outside in. There will be many opportunities to simply be in your own space and/or if you feel the call to connect with other like-minded individuals.
Visit Sacred Sites
This retreat also includes visiting sacred power places, known as vortexes, to further your experience of deep connection, rest, and play on the magical redrock of Sedona. Our home base will be at a 1.6 acre luxurious estate in West Sedona.
You are in charge of your own lodging unless you have arranged with Holly otherwise to stay with us at the Mindful Estate. All meals will be on your own so that you can cater specifically to what will support you on this mindful journey. Join us and reset, relax, and play in a way where you will ignite the light within.
