In this gathering, we will move through a very powerful breath and meditation technique that is over 5,000 years old.
This technique of breath and meditation is a combination of what is called the Chakra Dhyana and Ananda Mandala meditation. In translation Chakra Dhyana is known as the “Circle of Meditation” and Ananda Mandala as the “Circle of Bliss.” This ancient approach that you will be guided through is designed to cleanse, purify, and awaken the seven main energy centers along your spine, known as chakras, to their highest potential for any given individual in that moment of time.
In this Circle of Bliss meditation, you will purify each energy center through specific breathing and concentration techniques. From there you will then have the opportunity to open up to your cosmic life force energy, also known as kundalini. Again all of this is done by utilizing various breathing and concentration techniques that you will learn and practice in our gathering
